Pretty Little Thing Review
I’m excited to show you my recent haul and share my honest thoughts in this Pretty Little Thing review. Get ready to see some of my favorite tops and bottoms that are now my closet staples!
Unfortunately, I didn’t love everything that I received. I’ll include the details on what didn’t work out too. I’ll even answer MAJOR questions, such as does Pretty Little Thing run small?
Keep reading to find out!
Tops
Chocolate Satin Corset
The chocolate satin corset is hands down my favorite top in this Pretty Little Thing review. This top comes in a beautiful chocolate brown color, which will match with just about any bottom that you have.
It also features a flattering sweetheart neckline and sultry corset fit. I wore this with nude silicone nipple pads that I also got from Pretty Little Thing.
Even without a bra, this corset top will give you the lift you need in the bust. It’s a must have for your cute, casual outfits. Wear it to your weekend brunch, clubbing nights out, or wherever you want to capture attention for all the best reasons. 😉
I got this in the size XS and it fit true to size for me. I loved how it accentuated my bust area and cinched in my waist.

White Textured Woven Ring Cut Out Halter Crop Top
This crop top gives me summer vacation vibes and that’s exactly what I did with it. I wore this top when I went on vacation and I loved how easy it was to coordinate outfits with.
This lovely top features a textured woven fabric, ring halter neck detail, and cropped fit. Since the top is white, it can be paired with just about any colored bottom. I paired these with Pretty Little Thing’s taupe tailored high waisted shorts to contrast the sultry vacay vibes with something more structured.
You can also wear it with black bottoms and add some statement accessories, such as bold earrings to complete the look!
I got this in a size XS and it fit true to size for me. Unfortunately, I have a small bust, so I didn’t fill out the top as nicely as the model did, but I still love it. I’ll just make a small adjustment to help it fit better on me.

Basic Black Cotton Blend Roll Neck Sleeveless Crop Top
Looking for a cute basic crop top to add to your collection? This crop top features a cool roll neckline, sleeveless design, and an ultra cropped fit. I knew I needed an elevated basic for the Pretty Little Thing review and this is it!
I got this top in the size XS, but I would definitely size up. It does feel a bit snug and I would like a little more room.
Overall, this crop top is incredibly cute and would look great in streetwear outfits. Style it with some straight leg jeans and chunky boots or sneakers for that cool, effortless look.
Rating: 4.5/5
Lilac Seamless Ribbed Zip Up Sports Bra
This lilac sports bra features ribbed detailing and a zipper at the front. The zipper is functional and can be adjusted as you see fit.
I personally like to lower the zipper just a bit to create that small v detail. 😉
I got this in the size XS, which does fit a bit too snug for me. However, it feels great to workout in and the zipper stays secure.
Rating: 5/5
Black One Shoulder Asymmetric Bodysuit
This bodysuit looked so cool on the model. I love the asymmetric design!
However, it’s definitely not true to size. I got this in the size 0 and I could barely pull this over my head. Once I got it on, it felt extremely tight, so size up!
I would definitely size up with this bodysuit. However, the material is very smooth and somewhat stretchy. Depending on the lighting, it’s also a bit see-through too.
Rating: 4/5
Bottoms
Taupe Tailored High Waisted Shorts
I was on the hunt for the perfect tailored shorts and I’ve finally found it! These high-waisted tailored shorts come in a beautiful taupe color that will match just about any top you pair it with.
It also features a clean, structured look and functional front and back pockets! I love to pair these shorts with a basic t-shirt for an everyday casual outfit. These are my favorite bottoms in this Pretty Little Thing review.
They are also incredibly flattering and true to size! I got them in size 0, which fit perfectly on my waist.
Rating: 5/5
Camel Woven High Waisted Cigarette Pants
I love these high waisted pants! I’ve been on the hunt for a nice pair of beige trousers and I finally found one.
These pants feature a super flattering high waisted fit and cigarette silhouette. It’s made of a camel woven material and flows nicely on the body.
I love styling this with Pretty Little Thing’s chocolate satin corset top and block heels for a chic night out.
I got these in the size 0 and they fit true to size for me! The length is perfect and, if I wanted to adjust it, I can cuff the bottom hem.
The fabric does wrinkle easily, but a quick steam with a handheld garment steamer would solve that in no time.
Rating: 5/5
Black Ultimate Sweat Cuffed Joggers
Joggers are the best combination of comfort and style. These joggers from Pretty Little Thing are made of recycled polyester and incredibly soft. I’m so excited to feature them in this Pretty Little Thing review.
They feature a drawstring waist and elasticated hems. The outside of the pants feel smooth to the touch and the inside has a soft fleece material.
It literally feels like I’m wearing a soft, cozy blanket on my legs! These joggers are great because they’re slimming, but not constricting.
I like to pair them with a crop top and sneakers for a chill, but stylish look. These joggers are great for athleisure looks or gym workouts.
These joggers are in size 0, which fits me perfectly and is true to size.

Black Faux Leather Pintuck Detail Straight Leg Pants
Looking for a pair of sleek leather pants? This is it! I’m absolutely in love with the straight leg cut and pintuck design.
These leather pants flatter my waist with their high waisted design. The only problem I have is that they are a bit too long for me. They can also feel sweltering on hot days (but that’s the case with leather anyways!), so I only recommend wearing them in the winter or when it’s cold.
However, I can easily adjust the length by folding the up hem and securing it with a few simple hand stitches. Other than that, I love the look of these leather pants.
I also got these pants in size 0, which is true to size and fits perfectly!
Rating: 4/5
Green Abstract Floral Tassel Hem Wrap Mini Skirt
This fun floral miniskirt with a fringe hemline screams summer to me. The fringe hemline is so fun and I love how it swishes when I walk.
The skirt also features a wrap and strappy waist design. It’s cute, fun, and flirty. I like to pair this with a cute white crop top and some sandals.
I went for a size bigger and got this in size 2. I’m so glad I did too! This skirt actually fits me better, so my actual size would have been too tight and short.
Rating: 5/5
Other
Nude Silicone Nipple Pads
These simple silicone nipple pads come in the shape of flowers. They do the job and I’ve worn them for hours in hot weather with no problem at all!
Plus, they were only less than $10, which is very reasonably priced.
Rating: 5/5
Clothes That Didn’t Work Out 👎
Unfortunately, some of of the pieces in my haul didn’t meet my expectations at all. This wouldn’t be an honest Pretty Little Thing review without mentioning them. 😉
Basic Stone Wide Rib Sleeveless Bodysuit
I really wanted a nice basic beige bodysuit, but this one doesn’t cut it. The pictures on the website don’t show how see-through this top actually is.
You can see the lines of your bra (or literally anything!) under this top. You would also need to size up because it was too tight on me.
Rating: 3/5
Terracotta Polka Dot Print Ruched Front Long Sleeve Bodycon Dress
This dress looked great on the model in the photos, but not in real life. The material is sheer and the fabric feels cheap.
It’s not flattering at all and I would not recommend it to anyone either.
Rating: 2/5
Is Pretty Little Thing True To Size?
Here’s the big question: Is PLT true to size? Pretty Little Thing sizing tend to run small. In my experience, tops and dresses run small. However, their bottoms tend to be true to size.
Therefore, if you’re considering a top or dress from Pretty Little Thing, make sure to size up. Otherwise, they will fit too tightly!
It’s better to size up in general with Pretty Little Thing. That way you have room to make alterations to the pieces, so that they fit you.
If the clothes are too small, there isn’t enough room for you to make any alterations. Unfortunately, Pretty Little Thing does not offer free return shipping, so return labels are at your own cost.
That’s my take on a Pretty Little Thing size review!
